Ustozim is an AI-powered language-learning service delivered through iOS, Android, and web apps (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data.

We do not collect precise GPS location, contact lists, SMS content, or full payment card numbers.

We never sell personal data to advertisers.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Card data is tokenized and handled under PCI-DSS; Ustozim servers never store full card numbers.

Ustozim is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected data from a child without parental consent, we delete it promptly.

Exercise rights via Profile → Settings → Privacy or email privacy@ustozim.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data may be processed outside your country (UZB, EU or US servers). We use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Delete your account in-app (Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete Account) or submit a request at https://ustozim.uz/delete. All personal data is removed per §7.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email 30 days before taking effect.
